1. . Collective members of International Association of Special Forces Veterans “FAP”(hereinafter “FAP”) may be legal entities and associations being separate legal entities of any type of ownership.
2. Acceptance to Collective members of FAP is done by the decision of the Board of Directors based on:
- an application from a legal entity in accordance with p.1;
- the Founders meeting’s Minutes which include the decision of acceptance to Collective members of FAP;
- copies of constituent and statutory documents
3. Collective members can participate in the activity of FAP’s directing bodies through their representatives.
4. Acceptance to Collective members is documented in the Minutes of the Board of Directors “FAP” and a certificate of a standard pattern should be given out.
5. The sum of a membership fee is defined in an additional agreement.
6. Collective members of ‘FAP” shall be obliged:
- providing assistance to special services and law-enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of the Federal program on crime combating intension;
- to participate in:
· social adaptation of law-enforcement authorities’ and special services’ officers;
· comprehensive training and advanced training of staff at the Base of The Antiterrorist (Training)Center of “FAP”:
· assistance to special services and law-enforcement authorities in combating terrorism;
- to collect information connected with the subject of FAP’s activity regularly and to deliver the received information to the Public Liaison Office of FAP
- to pay a one-time entrance fee when joining “FAP” and to pay an annual fee in due time further on.
7. Collective members of “FAP” have a right:
- for legal protection and consultations;
- for an assistance in preventing possible situations which disrupt the activity of a Collective Member
- to receive information for business negotiations from the information service of “FAP”
Notice: members of FAP can use all other possibilities provided by “FAP” and determined in the Provision on a contract basis.

for joining Individual Members
Of Antiterrorist Center
of the Federal Agency of Law Order(the AC of FAP)
(Association of the Simple Private Partnership)
1. Citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign countries can become Individual Members of the Antiterrorist Center of the Federal Agency of Law Order (the AC of FAP).
2. Individual Members are accepted to the AC of FAP by the decision of the Board of Directors of the AC of FAP based on:
- an application for acceptance from a candidate;
- a filled form of a standard pattern.
3.Individual members are given the AC of FAP members’ passes (which is the AC of FAP membership card) and gives a right of access to the objects of the AC of FAP.
4. Members of the AC of FAP are obliged:
-to provide assistance to law-enforcement authorities in keeping public order and preventing violations of a law
-to collect information connected with the subject of the AC of FAP activity regularly and to deliver the received information to the Public Liaison Office of FAP
-- to pay a one-time entrance fee when joining “FAP” and to pay an annual fee in due time further on.
