The mission and the object of the Academy’s
activity.
The Academy performs further
vocational educational activity in accordance with the mission of
the Academy establishment aimed to accomplish administrative,
social, cultural, educational tasks.
To complete the Charter
mission of establishment the Academy performs types of activity as
follows, in accordance with the current legislation:
- training and retraining of
former law-enforcement and special services officers, the military
by the provision of further vocational education to them for their
further employment;
- training of private guard
agents and private detectives;
- comprehensive training and
advanced training targeted at private security companies’ directors,
guard and security services’ agents. The trainings are carved with a
view of work challenges including a terrorist threat.
- training, advanced
professional training of citizens, employees, public security
specialists including specialists of ecology security, environmental
organizations, hunting and fishing entities and other branches of
the national economy;
- performance of basic and
applied science research on public security problems;
- organization and
performance of consultations and expert jobs to improve the
educational process, organizational and methodical jobs in
institutions of the public security system;
- organization and holding
of all-Russian zonal meetings, scientific and practical conferences,
exhibitions, seminars on the current problems of vocational
education development in the public security system;
- implementation of
innovative educational methods in the public security sphere;
